TEMP TECH manufactures Ceramic Beaded Thermocouple with bare thermocouple wires.  All AWG / SWG sizes are available from 0.5 mm diameter to 3.5 mm dia.
 

   
 

The junction is prepared with TIG welding process. Terminations with Ceramic blocks or with Die-cast Aluminum Heads are available.
